McVeytown Ambulance, Inc., 5696 US Highway 522 South, McVeytown, Pa. Mifflin County EMS Station 18. Established in 1973 and running 3 BLS units, they are the only all volunteer ambulance in Mifflin County.

McVeytown Volunteer Fire Company, 5696 US-522, McVeytown, Pa. Mifflin County Station 18. Organized February 24, 1923, the original station was built in 1939 and still sits across the street. The current station  was built in 1971. MVFC protect McVeytown borough, Oliver and Bratton Townships with an engine, rescue, tanker and brush truck.

Keystone Valley Fire Department, Central Station, 329 West 1wst Avenue, Parkesburg, Pa. Chester County Company 8 (former Station 28) KVFD was established March 19, 2013 with the consolidation of Pomeroy Fire Company, Parkesburg Fire Company No. 1 and Atglen Fire Department. And later Martins Corner Fire Company in January 2014. Parkesburg Hose Company No. 1 was chartered June 11, 1894 and reorganized May 10, 1917 as the Parkesburg Fire Company No. 1. In the beginning equipment was stored at the borough hall. A new building was dedicated June 27, 1935 with an addition built and dedicated October 15. 1977. The 1977 addition was razed, replaced and dedicated May 19, 2019 along with Monument Garden which includes a piece of the World Trade Center.

Lancaster County 911 Fallen Fire-Police-EMS Memorial, 101 Champ Boulevard, Manheim, Pa.  Dedicated to the Lancaster County firefighters, police officers and EMS workers  who have lost their lives in the line of duty. The memorial was dedicated September 11, 2010.

Bald Eagle Volunteer Fire Company, 13389 South Eagle Valley Road, Tyrone, Pa. Blair County Station 36. Organized and Incorporated April 11, 1973. Primary response area is Snyder and Tyrone Township. Apparatus includes an engine/tanker, an engine/rescue, a QRS utility and a brush truck.
