It is that time of year, again. Fair time. As soon as I stepped out of the truck I could smell it calling me. Fair food. Yes I believe I could actually smell the Big Boy hoagies, the onions, the grease, the mmmmmm gotta have one. I could smell the pecans roasting in the cinnamon, the funnel cakes, the hand cut fries. Yes indeed, it's fair time.
Blurry ride pictures and Queen contests and many more guilty pleasures, what else is there?
All the people. Some of them don't come out only on fair week I think...
ReplyDeleteHaney were you up in my neighborhood picking my raspberries? Saw you go by two nights. I know you and Chick are not out looking for places to go parking. I`ve been waiting to see what has photograpic quailty on the Blogg from the neighborhood. I know you found something neat and something the average eye does`nt see.
ReplyDeleteCould we get some reviews on the food. This would help me go directly to the best food. I know its all good! But share the favorites
ReplyDeleteThe Big Boy Hoagie, end of the food stand row. And at the other end the Newburg Fire Dept stand popcorn chicken and an onion. Or at the West End Fire Rescue stand a good greasey hamburger and fries. Those are may picks

Sparky, is that one evening of eating or can you streach that into two possibly three nights?
ReplyDeleteI know thats a good afternoon for Wally !
Who'd thunk that fair food would set this blog on fire? I guess I'll have to post some food pictures later this week and see what that does.
ReplyDeleteMr. Seagrave, I left your raspberries alone, although I think the groudhogs outnumber people up there. I had family business at the end of the street.
