Is it wrong for me to find beauty in this worn and weathered tombstone? The words on the memorial are no longer easily readable. Maybe a charcoal rub would bring it out. What is obvious is that someone lost someone way too soon and immortalized them with this for eternity. As a father I couldn't imagine the loss they felt. I hope there is still someone who visits and remembers.
