Purple Finch




I caught this Purple Finch at the feeders at Wildwood Lake in Harrisburg late last spring. Not the bestest of pictures he wouldn't sit still too long.

    Here in Texas we call them "House Finch". They will drain a hummingbird feeder dry if you let them.
