The 4th Avenue Theater in Anchorage, Alaska. Located on, you guessed it, 4th Avenue, was built between 1941 and 1947 in art deco style. Used as a movie theater until the 1980's, it has since been used as a variety of things. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, it was later removed from the list in 1987. Plans to restore it are ongoing.
