East Berlin, Pa. A borough in Adams County. 2010 Population of 1,521. Founded in 1764 as Berlin. Changed to East Berlin in 1797 to avoid confusion with the other Berlin. 13 miles west of York, 15 miles northeast of Gettysburg and 24 miles south southeast of Harrisburg.
