I think everyone was glued to the Shippensburg Parks and Rec's facebook page all evening waiting for the cancellation to be announced. It never came and as the light misty drizzle turned to a soft rainfall the first sounder went up and the lights overlooking the football field went dark. I was set up in the adjacent parking lot looking near straight up and constantly wiping the lens. On some here you can see the rain others not so much.
