The Telluride Town Hall was built at the corner of North Fir Street and Columbia Avenue in 1883 as a one room schoolhouse. When the school moved on to bigger and better places it became the town hall. At that time they added the tower onto the rear to dry fire hose. The fire house is just a building or two down the street (to your right).
