I know I go to the Conowingo Dam near Darlington, Maryland every year to see the Bald Eagles but sometimes they are just not the show. This year it was this Doubled Crested Cormorant biting off a little more than he could chew. I think he did finally get it down. (Sorry for the quality, the lighting this day was poor at best and he was out quite a bit from the dock.)
