Water Witch Fire Company, Conowingo Station, 409 Rock Springs Road, Conowingo, Maryland. Cecil County Station 73. In 1844 the first fire company in Cecil County was established. The Goodwill Fire Company of Port Deposit, Maryland later incorporated in 1880 as the Water Witch Fire Company with it's station in Port Deposit (Station 7). It opened it's second station (Station 72) along Abrahams Road in Port Deposit in 1994 and the third station here on Rock Springs Road in 1998.
