Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway

Even though it was an overcast and drizzly day driving up Spearfish Canyon it was awesome. You just wanted to keep going. Beginning with the Bridal Veil Falls (which we visited the evening before) to Spearfish Falls in Savoy and Roughlock Falls west of Savoy. At times it reminded me of a mini Glenwood Canyon in Colorado. And FYI, the final winter scene from 'Dances with Wolves' was filmed just west of Roughlock Falls.
