Rheems Fire Department, 350 Archer Road, Elizabethtown, Pa. Lancaster County Station 70. The Rheems Fire and Improvement Association was formed March 4, 1920. The first station on Lime Street was built in 1927. In 1928 they incorporated as Rheems Fire Company. A new station was built on Harrisburg Avenue in 1957 which included the post office. In 2005 another name change came, now doing business as Rheems Fire Department and another new station was built on Archer Road in the early 2000's.
