Winterset Fire Department, 124 West Court Avenue, Winterset, Madison County, Iowa. An all volunteer department established 1872. The current station was built in 1977, the old station was built in 1888. They average about 130 calls a year running 3 pumpers, 2 tankers, 2 brush trucks, a command unit and a UTV.
