Williamsport Volunteer Fire Company, 2 Brandy Drive, Williamsport, Maryland. Washington County Station 2. The first company formed in was the Williamsport Fire Company in 1839, followed by the Potomac Fire Company in 1906. The current Williamsport Volunteer Fire Company was organized October 9, 1928 and incorporated October 30, 1935. This building was built in 1978. WVFC-EMS operate an engine, a rescue engine, 2 trucks, ambulances and utilities.
