Leitersburg Volunteer Fire Company, 21431 State Highway 805 (Leiter Street), Hagerstown, Maryland. Washington County Station 9. Founded February 16, 1956 as the Leitersburg Ruritan Fire Company. The town was previously protected by the Smithburg Fire Company. LVFC now run about 400-500 calls per year. The engine bays were replaced and dedicated in March 2016.
Leitersburg VFC Activity Center, 21140 Leitersburg Pike, Hagerstown, Maryland. The property was purchased in May 2002 to support fundraising efforts. These photos were taken in March 2022 and the Company sold it in November 2022.
