You are not seeing things. I have not "Photoshopped" anything here. That is purple hose. Those are purple adapters. I apologize. I saw this at Fire Expo this spring in Harrisburg and knew I had to "take a picture because no one will believe me".

Yep it is purple. I seen this engine too and took lots of pictures. They even painted the saws and blowers.
