Indianola Volunteer Fire Company, former station, 898 Route 910, Indianola, Pennsylvania. Former Allegheny County Station 173. Indianola VFC was founded in 1952 and was a part of Indiana Township Fire Department, along with Dorseyville, Middle Road and Rural Ridge Fire Companies. IVFC disbanded in June 2008. The old station is currently used by the U.S. Post Office for Indianola, Pa, 15051, and a commercial property.

AVVFC was formed from a June 6, 2012 merger of Hamar Township Fire Department (organized in 1938) and Springdale Township Fire Department (formed around 1977). Cheswick Volunteer Fire Company joined in 2022. This station was built in the mid to late 1990's with an expansion in 2003/2004.

Greensburg Volunteer Fire Department, Station 2, 137 Pennsylvania Avenue, Westmoreland County Department 79. Organized, along with Station 1, January 12, 1891. Currently GVFD is made up of 6 stations. This station was built in 1922, but their first station was at the old City Hall, then a move to Mill Street and then to South Main Street in 1894. Station 2 run a tractor driven aerial truck, an air unit, foam unit and a utility.

Cheswick Volunteer Fire Department, 1411 Spruce Street, Cheswick, Pennsylvania, Former Allegheny County Station 121. Founded in 1919 and chartered on March 20, 1929. In 2022 they merged with Allegheny Valley Fire Department and closed this firehouse.
