Allegheny Valley Volunteer Fire Company, Station 1, 851 Parkway Drive, Harwick, Pa., Allegheny County Station 315. AVVFC was formed from a June 6, 2012 merger of Hamar Township Fire Department (organized in 1938) and Springdale Township Fire Department (formed around 1977). Cheswick Volunteer Fire Company joined in 2022. This station was built in the mid to late 1990's with an expansion in 2003/2004.
