Lawnton Fire Company, 52 South 46th Street, Harrisburg, Pa. Dauphin County Station 44. Founded February 25, 1925. On February 10, 1933 the garage they used as a firehouse was destroyed, along with their pumper, in a fire. Ground was soon broken and they moved into their new station before the end of 1934.
