Union Fire Company No. 1, 127 South Fourth Street, Hamburg, Pa. Berks County Station 61.Organized October 6, 1832, the original station was built in 1866. An additional engine house was constructed on the south side of the old firehouse in 1979. The old firehouse, along with an adjoining residence, were razed in 2019 to allow for additional bays and admin areas. UFC1 operate with three engines, a heavy brush, heavy rescue and a 100' quint.
