Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company, Station 2

 

Rehoboth Beach Volunteer Fire Company, Station 2, 36027 Airport Road, Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Sussex County Station 86. Organized in 1906, and reorganized in March of 1923. In 1988/1989 Station 2 opened in a converted airport hanger. A new station was dedicated in October 1992. Station 2 serves Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach and Henlopen Acres. In October of 2013 ground was broken for this station. Dedication was on May 16, 2015.
