Jessup Volunteer Fire Department, 7891 Max Blob's Park Road, Jessup, Maryland. Anne Arundel County Station 29. Organized in 1932, their original fire hall was dedicated June 25, 1938 on Old Jessup Road. Talk of a new station (this building) began in 1964. Anne Arundel County Fire Department is a combination county career and volunteer department formed in 1965 and operate out of 56 stations.
