Harney Volunteer Fire Company, 5130 Harney Road, Taneytown, Maryland. Carroll County Station 11. Organized in 1951. The station was built and dedicated June 11, 1955, with additions in 1965 and 1979. HVFC is currently the only all volunteer station in Carroll County. In 2021 they ran 278 emergencies.
