Finally, some pictures from the night glow at the Green Grove Gardens Balloonfest. After quick flights, many of those same balloonists returned to unfurl their balloons again. Fill them with air and proceed to warm the air. It seemed that a full blast of the burner didn't make the glow. It was the slow burn at the end of the blast that would illuminate the envelope. So, to the crowds count of, "One, Two, Three, GLOW!" the balloons would glow in the night. But cut the heat before they lift off. This was awesome. I was running back and forth setting the tripod here, moving it there. Unfortunately though, the wind was picking up again, and wind mixed with a 15 second exposure, brings with it blur. So of the many pictures I took these are some of the least blurry. And the night glow was worth the evening's wait.
