First station... Summerdale Fire Company. Company 20. Part of East Pennsboro Fire Department. 202 Third Street, Summerdale, Pa. Organized in 1923, this station was built in 1974.
Second station... North Middleton Township Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, Station 1. Company 39. 310 North Middleton Road, Carlisle, Pa. Chartered in 1959 this building was built in 1963.
Third station... Silver Spring Community Fire Company. Company 31. This is their old station at 6506 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, Pa.. The fire company was organized in 1954 and this building was built by members in 1961. The ambulance company was organized in 1970 and moved to a new facility in 1977. The fire side moved into their new station across the street in 1995.
