Today's Painted Gentleman comes from my short lived Cheesesteak Roadtrip and sits on Arch Street in Philadelphia. The Winston Building also was once home of The Connelly Organization, Incorporated. Offering such modern services as Duplicating, Addressing, Mailing and Copying as well as Electrical Multigraphing. Sorry I don't know who was on the 2nd floor.
