City Hook and Ladder No. 4

City Hook and Ladder No. 4, 317 Valley Street, Lewistown, Pa. Mifflin County Station 14. Organized in October of 1904 as the fourth volunteer company in Lewistown. No information was found on when the original station was built or when the addition was added in the left side. An old ghost sign is visible on the old section that reads "H.B. Goss, MFG of fork dipped Chocolates". CH&L currently run a truck, a rescue and a squad for manpower and for transporting their boat.
