Taylor Fire and Rescue, Fire Headquarters




Taylor Fire and Rescue, Fire Headquarters, formerly Taylor Hose and Engine Company No. 2, 117 Union Street, Taylor Pa. Lackawanna County Station 95-2. Founded December 13, 1899. First housed on Union Street before moving to Church Street. In 1972 the moved back to Union Street to their current station. Taylor ran ambulances from 1948 until 1999. They merged with Taylor Hose and Engine Company No. 3 on February 1, 2007. Renamed Taylor Fire and Rescue July 13, 2007.
