Irwin Volunteer Fire Department, 518 Western Avenue, Irwin, Pennsylvania, Westmoreland County Station 19. Established in 1873 as the Capitol Fire Department. IVFD respond with and engine, rescue, truck, squad (pick-up) and two medic units.
