Sand Dune Critters

Some of the wildlife we saw in the Great Sand Dune area of Colorado. The top picture is a non-typical mule deer buck and the second is a pronghorn antelope doe. We also saw elk and buffalo.

Mt. Shavano

Here is a look at the Sawatch Range somewhere between Monarch and Poncha Springs, Colorado. The tallest peak, just left of center, is 14,235 foot Mt. Shavano.

Edgemont Volunteer Fire Company

Edgemont Volunteer Fire Company, 1407 25th Street, Harrisburg, Pa. Dauphin County Station 31. Organized on June 8, 1920, their original firehouse was built on Highland Avenue. The old section of this station was built in 1965. The addition was added sometime in around 2004 or 2005. They are the first all African-American fire company and oldest company in Susquehanna Township.

Huerfano County Fire Protection District, Station 1

Huerfano County Fire Protection District, Station 1, 310 Main Street, Walsenburg, Colorado. Huerfano County. Station 2 is located on Buffalo Drive North, about 8 miles southwest of town.
