Livingston, Montana

After leaving Buffalo, Wyoming we headed north, through Billings and into the mountains again. Later that afternoon we arrived in Livingston, Montana. Livingston sits about an hour north of Yellowstone's north entrance. And the hotels were half the price. We loved the old west feel of downtown even if it was a bit touristy. I enjoyed the neon. William Clark, of Lewis and Clark , camped nearby along the Yellowstone River on the return trip of the expedition.

Return to the Great West - 2020

OK, after a 5,728 mile road trip I'm back and we're live again. Today will start blog posts from the past couple of weeks. With stops in Iowa, Nebraska, South Dakota, Wyoming, Montana and Idaho, these posts may take two or three weeks and maybe into four weeks until I can just hit the highlights. More posts will go on for a long time. So, stay tuned, I hope you enjoy.
