Blue Rock Regional Fire District, Station 907, 11 Charlestown Road, Washington Boro, Pa. Lancaster County Station 90. Fire protection began in Washington Boro in March of 1917 with the organization of the Goodwill Fire Company #1. Goodwill chartered September 8, 1918. In 2010 an intergovernmental agreement between Manor Township and Millersville borough formed the Blue Rock Regional Fire District. On July 1, 2011 the volunteer fire companies of Highville, Millersville, Washington Boro and West Lancaster began consolidated operations as Blue Rock Fire and Rescue. Station 907 is also known as the West Station.
