Bedford Fire Department, No. 1, 248 West Penn Street, Bedford, Pa. Bedford County Company 31. Organized in 1804. This new station replaced the old one that sat at the same site. Groundbreaking was in May of 2019 and the new station opened in 2020. They run about 400 calls per year.
