Toronto Fallen Firefighters Memorial, 339 Queens Quay West, Toronto, Ontario. Dedicated October 1, 2000, the Last Alarm memorial listed 145 Line of Duty Deaths since 1848. Every year a service is held to honor those lost. The TFFM sits next to Toronto Fire Services Station 334.
