United Fire and Rescue Services, 26 West 3rd Street, Lewistown, Pa. Mifflin County Station 11. United was formed in 1994 with the merging of Henderson Fire Company #1 and Fame Fire Company #2. Both Henderson and Fame were first organized in the 1850's. At that time of the merge Fame EMS moved into their new station. United Fire and Rescue is one of three stations in the Lewistown Fire Department along with Brooklyn Hose Company #3 and City Hook and Ladder #4. No details were found on the building.
