Dilapidated Mural, Harrisburg (PG 112)

This dilapidated mural is on a building near the intersection of MacClay Street and Jefferson Street in the city of Harrisburg. I know nothing of the why it is there. Some of the what I recognize as an old covered bridge. But I can't figure out where it is. I've seen pictures of a covered bridge up at Clark's Ferry but I doubt it is that one. I see Fredrick Douglass, a well know anti-slavery activist and scenes with slaves. A church, a covered wagon, a fire, Indians, etc. If you know let us know.
