Sunset over the New Drawbridge


Here is a picture I took on our first night in Chincoteague last August. As the sun sank lower and lower I took a walk down Taylor Street to Main Street. Here I sat on the rocks at the edge of the bay and waited. Take a few pictures. Change some settings. Move over a little. Snap a few more pictures. It ain't like the old days of film where you had to make the first picture count. Flash drive space is cheap. Pictures like this are worth it.

Yes you are right. Back in the day you would take a roll of shots to get two or three that were worth keeping. Nice shot here. Were you singing the song Sitting on the Dock the Dock of the Bay????
