Philly two days in a row, sorry. This is the Lit Brothers store on Market and Eighth Streets in Philly. Lit Brothers was a moderately priced department store started in 1893 by brothers Samuel and Jacob Lit. They sold the name and the ownership got passed around a little until it eventually closed in 1977. The building is now offices.
