I called this one "Since 1891" because that's all I can make out anymore. At least I think that's what it says. The rest remains a mystery. Does it say Faulters? I don't know. Where is it? South Paca Street and Cider Alley in Baltimore, MD. By the looks of the handsomely dressed man I would guess that it may have been a clothier sometime long ago. If you know, let me know.
