The Streets of Chinatown

Today we have some of my various pictures of the markets in Chinatown, NYC. They sell stuff out here that is deserving of it's own television show. The first picture shows various dried mushrooms. Picture number two is a meat market. Are those Peking ducks? Picture 3 is a wide variety of dried fish, ginkgo nuts, barley, dried lilyflower and lotus seeds. And the last picture is durian fruit. It is said durian is an acquired taste. Kind of like "completely rotten mushy onions". There are hotels in Asia that ban it from there premises. I'll pass on that one, even the Bizarre Foods guy spit this out and couldn't eat it.

What can I say. Like the pictures of the different items at market. I will have to pass on buying any and eating them.
